What I Discovered
For years I treated my vision board like a beautiful collage of wishes.
But as I started transforming my life, I realized my vision board could be a powerful tool to accelerate the changes I wanted to see in my life.
I developed my own method and ritual and began creating a true vision— grounded in intention and aligned with who I was becoming. Embodying the understating that it all starts with me.
This is the process I’ll be guiding you through on 1/11.
This approach has supported me in accelerating my transformation without overwhelm and has kept me grounded throughout the year, helping me take small and consistent steps towards the life I desire.
In This Workshop, You Will:
- Gain clarity around your goals for the new year through a guided visualization
- Prioritize and structure your vision in a way that feels attainable
- Root in supportive practices for your personal expansion
- Finalize with a mantra to honor your commitment to yourself
How to Prepare And What to Bring
-Reflect on a few areas of your life you want to nurture
-Gather pictures, images, and symbols that represent feelings, things, and situation you want to manifest
-I’ll provide a digital template, or
-Bring a poster size paper, scissors, glue, markers, and any other fun elements you may want to add!
Why Sunday? Why 1/11?
Sunday is a day of natural pause — a space between what was and what’s next. It’s a great day to slowdown and get organized, and create clarity for what’s ahead.
In numerology, 1/11 represents an initiation: the beginning of a new chapter guided by clarity and inner truth.
This workshop is designed to meet you in that in-between space — to gently release what no longer fits and plant intentional seeds for what’s ahead.
At work, we start the year aligning on vision and defining goals. You deserve to tend to your personal life and desires with the same care and precision.

Hi! I’m Maila.
I’m a working mom living a fulfilling life and deepening my connection with myself and my kids.
This was not always the case — this reality felt quite unachievable until a few years ago. Through small, consistent steps, I continue to transform my reality, my relationship with myself and with my children.
Now, I want to bring you through the same journey that has brought me to a more joyful and fulfilling reality.
My work is shaped by both lived experience and over 15 years in corporate Human Resources, coaching leaders, combined with somatic and nervous system–informed practices.
I develop practices and programs that support transformation at the nervous system level, where our patterns actually live — and that will create lasting changes.
